Policies
Deposits:
Deposits are nonrefundable within 30 days of the event date and must be paid upon selecting your event date. This secures our services for your specified date and enables us to make the necessary preparations.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid in full one week before the scheduled event date. This ensures that all logistical and creative aspects are addressed well in advance. Additionally, the final payment or balance is non-refundable within 15 days of the event date.
Cancellation Notice:
In the event of a cancellation, we require notice at least three days before the scheduled event date.
Cancellation Refund Policy:
Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund, as preparations and resources would have already been allocated.
Rescheduling:
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
